Azospira is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria). [1] It has two members, namely Azospira oryzae and Azospira restricta .
The Rhodospirillales are an order of Pseudomonadota.
The Rhodocyclaceae are a family of gram-negative bacteria. They are given their own order in the beta subgroup of Pseudomonadota, and include many genera previously assigned to the family Pseudomonadaceae.
The Aurantimonadaceae are a small family of marine bacteria.
Anaeroplasmatales is an order of mollicute bacteria which are generally found in the rumens of cattle and sheep. The only family in the order is the family Anaeroplasmataceae.
Cupriavidus is a genus of bacteria that includes the former genus Wautersia. They are characterized as Gram-negative, motile, rod-shaped organisms with oxidative metabolism. They possess peritrichous flagella, are obligate aerobic organisms, and are chemoorganotrophic or chemolithotrophic. Resistance to metals has been described. These organisms have been found in both soil and in clinical isolates.
The FCB group is a superphylum of bacteria named after the main member phyla Fibrobacterota, Chlorobiota, and Bacteroidota. The members are considered to form a clade due to a number of conserved signature indels.
Bacterial taxonomy is subfield of taxonomy devoted to the classification of bacteria specimens into taxonomic ranks.
Actinocatenispora is a genus in the phylum Actinomycetota (Bacteria).
Advenella is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria). The two members of the genus Tetrathiobacter were transferred to this genus, namely Tetrathiobacter kashmirensis and Tetrathiobacter mimigardefordensis.
Algibacter is a genus in the phylum Bacteroidota (Bacteria).
Alicycliphilus is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria).
Aliivibrio is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria).
Alkalimonas is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria).
Dehalococcoidia is a class of Chloroflexota, a phylum of Bacteria. It is also known as the DHC group.
The Sphingomonadales are an order of the Alphaproteobacteria.
Azovibrio restrictus is a species of bacteria. It is a root bacteria and is the only known species of its genus.
Azospira oryzae is a species of bacteria. It is a root bacteria, one of two species in the genus Azospira along with A. restricta.
Azospira restricta is a species of nitrogen-fixing bacteria. It is a root bacteria and together with Azospira oryzae they are the two species in the genus. It is Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, with straight to curved rod-shaped cells with a single polar flagellum. The type strain is SUA2T.
The Mycobacteriales are an order of bacteria. The current description is genome-based, per Gupta 2019 emendation. Most members produce mycolic acids.
