Balqoli-ye Bala (Persian : بلقلي بالا, also Romanized as Balqolī-ye Bālā; also known as Balqolī, Bolāghī-ye Now, Bolāghī Now, and Bolaqlī) [1] is a village in Golestan Rural District, in the Central District of Jajrom County, North Khorasan Province, Iran.
