Balu (Persian : بلو, also Romanized as Balū; also known as Bahlad and Bahlū) [1] is a village in Howmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Semnan County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
