Parpay-ye Pain (Persian : پرپاي پائين, also Romanized as Parpāy-ye Pā’īn; also known as Parpā-ye Pā’īn) [1] is a village in Howmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Semnan County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
