Barghani-ye Bala (Persian : برغني بالا‎, also Romanized as Barghanī-ye Bālā; also known as Barghanī)^[1] is a village in Tarom Rural District, in the Central District of Hajjiabad County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 330, in 85 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Tarom Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Hajjiabad County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,834, in 2,634 families. The rural district has 30 villages.
