Bartonella silvatica is an oxidase- and catalase-negative bacterium from the genus Bartonella isolated from the blood of the large Japanese field mouse Apodemus speciosus. [3] [4]
Demequina is a genus of bacteria in the phylum Actinomycetota.
Afipia birgiae is a species in the Afipia bacterial genus. It is a gram-negative, oxidase-positive rod in the alpha-2 subgroup of the class Proteobacteria. It is motile by means of a single flagellum. Its type strain is 34632T.
Virgibacillus is a genus of Gram-positive, rod-shaped (bacillus) bacteria and a member of the phylum Bacillota. Virgibacillus species can be obligate aerobes, or facultative anaerobes and catalase enzyme positive. Under stressful environmental conditions, the bacteria can produce oval or ellipsoidal endospores in terminal, or sometimes subterminal, swollen sporangia. The genus was recently reclassified from the genus Bacillus in 1998 following an analysis of the species V. pantothenticus. Subsequently, a number of new species have been discovered or reclassified as Virgibacillus species.
Bartonella bovis is a pathogenic bacteria first isolated from European ruminants. It is small, fastidious, aerobic, oxidase-negative, gram-negative and rod-shaped. Its type strain is 91-4T.
Bartonella capreoli is a pathogenic bacteria first isolated from European ruminants. It is small, fastidious, aerobic, oxidase-negative, gram-negative and rod-shaped. Its type strain is IBS 193T.
Bartonella japonica is a species of bacteria in the genus Bartonella. A strain of this species was originally isolated from the blood of a small Japanese field mouse.
Bartonella acomydis is a bacterium from the genus of Bartonella which was isolated from wild Rodentia.
Bartonella birtlesii is an oxidase- and catalase-negative bacteria from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from Apodemus.
Bartonella callosciuri is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella.
Bartonella chomelii is a Gram-negative, oxidase- and catalase-negative bacteria from the genus Bartonella with a unipolar flagellum which was isolated from a domestic cattle. Bartonella chomelii is named after Bruno B. Chomel.
Bartonella coopersplainsensis is a Gram-negative, non-motile bacteria from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from the blood of a wild rat.
Bartonella jaculi is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from the blood of Rodentia.
Bartonella pachyuromydis is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from Rodentia.
Bartonella queenslandensis is a Gram-negative bacteria from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from the blood of rats from the genus of Melomys in Queensland in Australia.
Bartonella rattaustraliani is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from the blood of rats from the genus of Melomys.
Bartonella senegalensis is a Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped, catalase- and oxidase-negative non-spore-forming, non-motile bacteria from the genus Bartonella which was isolated from the tick Ornithodoros sonrai in Senegal in Africa.
Bartonella saheliensis is a Gram-negative bacterium from the genus Bartonella which has been isolated from the blood of a Kemp's gerbil from Sine-Saloum in Senegal.
Bartonella mastomydis is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella which has been isolated from the Guinea multimammate mouse from Sine-Saloum in Senegal.
Bartonella kosoyi is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella.
Bartonella gabonensis is a bacterium from the genus Bartonella which has been isolated from the mouse Lophuromys sp. which was living in Franceville.
