Between Friends is an American musical group, composed of siblings Brandon and Savannah Hudson. In 2013, they were quarterfinalists on Season 8 of America's Got Talent. The duo continued to pursue music, forming Between Friends in 2017, and released their first EP in 2018. As of February 2023, they have nearly 2,000,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Biography

The duo were born in Miami, Florida, and grew up in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles. [1] They displayed an early interest and aptitude for music, and were home-schooled. [2] In 2013, they auditioned for Season 8 of America's Got Talent, and progressed until being eliminated in the quarterfinals. Two years later they, along with several others, formed a group called The Heirs. They played in the 2016 Vans Warped Tour, [3] but the group disbanded in 2017. The duo, along with the drummer of The Heirs, split off to create Between Friends in 2017. They are especially known for their 2018 hit single "affection", [4] which has more than 155 million streams on Spotify as of February 2023. Their style has been self-described as "laptop-dream pop". [5]

In March 2024 it was announced that they would support Conan Gray on the Europe leg of his tour Found Heaven On Tour. [6] Alongside this, the group scheduled two headline shows in Berlin for October 2024. [7] [8]

Tierra Umi Wilson, known mononymously as Umi, is an American singer and songwriter. Born in Seattle, Washington, she attended the University of Southern California, but dropped out in 2019 in order to pursue music. She is best known for her 2018 song "Remember Me", which has over 160 million streams on Spotify. She also accompanied Conan Gray as an opening act on his Comfort Crowd Tour in 2019. The same year, she released her second EP, Love Language. In 2020, she released the EP Introspection, along with a short film to accompany the project. THe following year, she released a remixed version of this EP titled Introspection Reimagined, which featured live, jazz and neo-soul inspired reworks of the tracks. On May 26, 2022, Wilson released her debut studio album Forest in the City, later embarking on her first headlining tour, the Forest in the City Tour, in support of its release. Neffex is an American music project by Bryce Savage and, until 2021, Cameron Wales. They produced remixes and original songs characterized by a mixture of electronic and rap genres. While still a duo, Savage wrote the lyrics, produced the tracks, and sang the songs while Wales mixed and mastered them. They have released most of their songs royalty-free which have featured in media by content creators globally.

Great Gable are an Australian indie rock band formed in Bunbury, Western Australia in 2014. The band consists of Alex Whiteman, Matt Preen, Chris Bye, and Madi Hanley (drums). Brandon Richards previously performed as the band's bass guitarist until 2017 and Callum Guy as the drummer until his departure from the band in 2023.

Michael Brandon Lake is an American Christian worship singer, songwriter, guitarist, and worship pastor. Lake serves as a worship pastor at Seacoast Church in Charleston, South Carolina, and he is a former member of Bethel Music and Maverick City Music. Lake began his recording career with a successful crowdfunding campaign to produce an album in 2015, which resulted in the independent release of his debut studio album, Closer, in 2016.
