Big Mess is the third studio album by the indie rock band Grouplove. [7] It was released on September 9, 2016, and later re-released to iTunes and Spotify on August 17, 2017, with a new track titled "Remember That Night". [8] The track was released as a single the same day.

Reception

An October 2016 review in Rolling Stone gave the album three stars, praising the second half of the album where the band was "mixing their wholesome quirkiness with edgier hooks and Sleigh Bells-esque percussion" and also the second track "Do You Love Someone", calling it a "lung-blasting joy". [11]

"One More Shot" is the second single taken from GRRR!, the 50th anniversary compilation album by the Rolling Stones. It was premiered on BBC Radio 6 Music on 8 November 2012. The song marks the first time that Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood had been in the studio together for seven years, since the recording of their last album, A Bigger Bang. An official audio video was released on YouTube the same day. On 9 January 2013, "One More Shot" was released as a single on iTunes packaged with a remix of the song done by Jeff Bhasker.

Lady Wood is considered the first half of a two-piece concept album that describe "highs, lows and ultimate demise of a relationship." Its chapters "Fairy Dust" and "Fire Fade" precede the chapters "Light Beams" and "Pitch Black" from her following album Blue Lips (2017). It was recorded between July 2015 and May 2016, which Lo commented was a quicker turnaround than the "whole life" she was afforded when creating her previous record Queen of the Clouds (2014).
