Binjai United Football Club (simply known as BUFC or Binjai United) is an Indonesian football club based in Binjai, North Sumatra. They currently compete in the Liga 4 and their homeground is PTPN II Tandam Hulu Field. [3]

Bali United were the defending champions from the 2019 season after the 2020 season was abandoned and declared void after three matches due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2021 Liga 2 was the fifth season of the Liga 2 under its current name and the 12th season under its current league structure.
