Bomber Crew is a real-time strategy video game developed by Runner Duck and published by Curve Digital. [1] It was released on Microsoft Windows, OS X and Linux on 19 October 2017. [2] It was released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on July 10, 2018. [3] A sequel, Space Crew, was released in 2020.

Gameplay

The player gives commands to their crew and takes them through a campaign of reconnaissance, supply drops and/or bombing missions, set in World War II on a four-engine bomber aircraft resembling the Avro Lancaster. New upgrades and equipment become unlocked, and crew members can gain new skills as the game progresses. [4] The gameplay has been compared to FTL: Faster Than Light. [5] [6] The game features permadeath on the player's crew.

Release

There are two packs released as downloadable content: Bomber Crew Secret Weapons, released as on December 15, 2017, [7] and Bomber Crew: USAAF, released on October 23, 2018. [7] The Nintendo Switch version released on June 6, 2019, in Japan. [8]

The game received generally favorable or mixed reviews, according to review aggregator Metacritic. [9] [10] [11]

Trivia

If a player has both Bomber Crew and Space Crew under their account, the active crew from Bomber Crew may be recruited via the recruitment bay in Space Crew.

An update, Space Crew: Legendary Edition, was released in October 2021, which featured a new campaign.

<i>60 Seconds!</i> 2015 action video game

60 Seconds! is an action-adventure video game developed and published by Polish studio Robot Gentleman. It was released for Windows on May 25, 2015, on December 18, 2017, for the Nintendo Switch, on March 6, 2020, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, on December 28, 2017, for Android, and on September 22, 2016, for iOS. The game takes place in a suburban town as a nuclear bomb is set to detonate in 60 seconds, forcing a family of four to gather as many supplies as possible within the timeframe and then survive and eventually escape to a safer place with what supplies could be gathered.
