"Bonnie &Clyde" is a song by Swiss rapper Loredana and Kosovo-Albanian rapper Mozzik. The song was written by Loredana and Mozzik along with German producers Macloud and Miksu,who also handled the production. Prior to the release of "Bonnie &Clyde",Loredana signed a contract with the German subsidiary of Sony Music in September 2018 and announced the release of an upcoming single. Martin Seebacher from Red Bull complimented the song's Balkan and uptempo sounds,stating that it is a "perfect" symbiosis of "classic and hip hop". [7] Mira Weingart from the same website praised Mozzik's Albanian-language lyrics,labelling them as "smooth",and wrote that "even if you do not understand it,you want to bounce and party to it". Loredana Zefi,also known mononymously as Loredana,is a Swiss-born Albanian rapper. Her debut single,"Sonnenbrille",was a commercial success in Albania and German-speaking Europe,and received two gold certifications in Austria and Germany. In September 2018,Loredana signed with German subsidiary of Sony Music and released the commercially successful single "Bonnie &Clyde" with husband Mozzik. Her debut studio album,King Lori,followed in September 2019 and reached the top three in the latter countries and Switzerland. Born and raised in Ferizaj,Aliu began to make music at an early age before pursuing a professional career as a rapper. Aliu later earned popularity in German-speaking Europe,as he collaborated with his wife and fellow rapper Loredana.
