Together with her partner in women's doubles, Petya Nedelcheva from Bulgaria, she won the silver medal at the 2010 European Badminton Championships.

Zhao Yunlei is a mixed and women's doubles badminton player from China. She graduated with a BA from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is the first and only badminton player to have ever won two gold medals in the same Olympic edition, winning in both the mixed and women's doubles categories in 2012. Zhao joins the ranks with nine other players with two Olympic gold medals, the highest number of gold medals won by any badminton player. Through her performance at the 2014 and 2015 BWF World Championships, she became the first player to win two gold medals in two consecutive BWF World Championships.

Isabel Lohau is a German badminton player, specializing in doubles play. She started playing badminton at her hometown Hersbruck in 2001, and in 2010 she joined the Germany national badminton team. Alexandra Bøje is a Danish badminton player. She won her first senior international title at the 2016 Czech International in the mixed doubles event partnered with Mathias Bay-Smidt after fight through the qualification round, with the eight matches played. Irina Amalie Andersen is a Danish badminton player. Born in Roskilde, Andersen trained at the Lillerød badminton club. At the 2016 Finnish International tournament, she claimed two titles after won the women's singles and doubles events.

Chow Mei Kuan is a Malaysian retired badminton player. She started playing badminton at the age of 7 in her primary school. Chow made a debut in the international senior tournament in 2012. She won gold medals at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games in the girls' and mixed doubles event. Chow competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast and won the women's doubles event with Vivian Hoo Kah Mun.

Amalie Magelund Krogh is a Danish badminton player, specializing in doubles play. As a junior player, she was a silver medalist at the 2018 European Junior Championships in both the team and girls' doubles events.
