Bwark Productions was a British television production company that was founded in 2004 by Iain Morris and Damon Beesley knowing for creating The Inbetweeners .

History

Bwark Productions was founded in 2004 by former Channel 4 commissioning editors Iain Morris and Damon Beesley when the duo had stepped down of the broadcaster.

In late-July 2011, Bwark Productions had been brought by Swedish/French production & distribution company Zodiak Media Group thrust Bwark Productions became a subsidiary of Zodiak's British production division Zodiak UK, Netherlands & Belgium as Zodiak publisher & home entertainment director Mark Lesbirel became Bwark Productions' managing director as Zodiak Rights will distribute Bwark's programmes worldwide excluding The Inbetweeners which was continued to be distributed by DRG. In August 2015, Bwark Productions' co-founders Iain Morris and Damon Beesley stepped down of Zodiak Media-owned Bwark Productions to set up a new independent comedy production company named Fudge Park and signed a deal with BBC Worldwide to distribute the new unit's programmes with Bwark Productions. [2]
