Cambridgea agrestis is a species of Desidae that is endemic to New Zealand. [1]

Taxonomy

This species was described in 1973 by Ray Forster and Cecil Wilton from male and female specimens. The holotype is stored in Otago Museum. [1]

Description

The male is recorded at 10.6mm in length whereas the female is 8mm. The carapace has various markings. The legs have faint bands. The abdomen is pale. [1]

Distribution

This species is only known from Otago, New Zealand. [1]

Conservation status

Under the New Zealand Threat Classification System, this species is listed as "Not Threatened". [2]
