Cardinal O'Hara High School is a coeducational Catholic high school of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The school is named after John Francis O'Hara who was Roman Catholic Archbishop of Philadelphia from 1951 to 1960. It is located in Marple Township, Pennsylvania, and was officially opened for the first time in 1963.

In 2018 the O'Hara campus began temporarily housing students from Our Lady of the Angels Regional School as that campus had experienced a fire. [3]
The position of president was established in 1993 for all archdiocesan high schools. The president is responsible for financial operations, facilities issues, fund raising, alumni relations, and external affairs.
Since the establishment of the position of President in 1993, the principal's duties are concentrated on the day-to-day operations of the school.

St. Joseph's Preparatory School, known as "St. Joe’s Prep" or simply "The Prep", is an urban, private, Catholic, college preparatory school run by the Society of Jesus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The school was founded in 1851 from the Old St. Joseph's Church in the city's Society Hill neighborhood. Cardinal Dougherty High School (CDHS) was a private, Roman Catholic high school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia and established in the East Oak Lane section of Philadelphia at 6301 North Second Street. The school was named for Cardinal Dennis Dougherty, Archbishop of Philadelphia from 1918 to 1951. Although CDHS was founded as a co-educational school, a wall separated the boys and girls side of the building. It was not until 1983 that boys and girls were educated together in the same classrooms.

Monsignor Bonner High School was an all-male Augustinian Catholic High School in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia. It was located in Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania. Bonner was created in 1953 as Archbishop Prendergast High School for Boys. In 1955, the current building was constructed, and in 1957 entitled Monsignor Bonner High School. The previously occupied building became the all-female Archbishop Prendergast High School. In 2012, Bonner merged with the all-girls Archbishop Prendergast High School to form Monsignor Bonner and Archbishop Prendergast High School. The Order of St. Augustine is no longer associated with the combined institution.
