Casa Condominio Residenza, or The CASA, is a high-rise condominium building at 33 Charles Street East near the intersection of Bloor Street and Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. [1] [2] It features a New Modernist design by architectsAlliance emphasizing glass curtain wall, with balconies wrapped around the building from the podium to the top. An overhanging concrete slab concludes the design at the roof of the final floor. It is lit from underneath at night. The balconies themselves have transparent glazed balustrades, and the podium's main facade facing Charles Street also makes use of glass curtain wall extensively, framed with black brick.
On January 13, 2006, The Globe and Mail reported that in November, 2005, the Casa was one of the three condos with the greatest units sold—81 units. [3]

On February 15, 2013, Sydnia Yu, The Globe and Mail 's real estate correspondent, profiled one of the building's recently sold penthouse suites. [7] The suite sold for $2 million.
On February 26, 2015, Metro News described the building as "one of the first towers to transform the South Bloor East cityscape." [8] A second tower of 56 floors was completed nearby in 2016, and called Casa II. [9] A third tower, Casa III, completed in 2018, [10] was described by Metro News as "a prominent milestone that will be clearly seen from Yonge Street." [8]

The Sapphire Tower was a proposed luxury hotel and condominium skyscraper in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to be built by developer Harry Stinson. It was so named because all plans for it had deep blue glass curtain walls. 2 Bloor East is an office and retail complex in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, formerly known as the Hudson's Bay Centre. It is located in Downtown Toronto at the intersection of Yonge Street and Bloor Street at the east end of the Mink Mile. Brookfield Properties owns and operates the centre. The centre is composed of a 35-storey office tower and a retail concourse. From its opening in 1974 until 2022 it had a Hudson's Bay department store as its anchor store.

Brad J. Lamb is a Canadian real estate broker and condominium developer. He had a reality television show named Big City Broker on the HGTV Canada network for several years. The show focused on the workings of his real estate brokerage, "Brad J. Lamb Realty Inc." Lamb received media attention in March 2021. Murano Condominiums is a two-tower residential high-rise condominium complex located alongside Bay Street, near the intersection of College Street in the Discovery District of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Construction of the North tower was completed in the winter of 2008/9. The South tower was completed in 2010. The North and South towers are joined by a two-storey podium with planned retail and recreational facilities, including a roof-top garden and glass public art feature.
Burano is a 50 storey, 163 metre tall residential high-rise condominium complex on Bay Street between Grenville St. and Grosvenor St. in the Discovery District of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The redevelopment of the site was part of a period of urban renewal of the Toronto financial district in the early 21st century. Toronto City Planning stated that the Burano has "significantly contributed to the improvement of the streetscape and the public realm."
The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Toronto is a complex consisting of a 204-metre, 55-storey residential condominium tower and a 125-meter, 30-storey luxury hotel tower in the Yorkville district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, which opened on October 5, 2012. The One is a supertall skyscraper currently under construction in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When completed, it will be the tallest building in Canada. At 328.4 metres and 91 storeys, it will be taller than First Canadian Place, which has been Canada's tallest building since 1975. It will also be Canada's first supertall skyscraper, as defined by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. Construction of the building is expected to be completed by 2024.
The CIL Building is a fourteen-storey office tower located at 130 Bloor Street West in Toronto, Ontario. Harbour Plaza's soaring towers are anchored by a retail podium, in addition to the One York Street commercial office tower also known as the Sun Life Financial Tower. The two residential towers, rising to 237 m (778 ft) and 228 m (748 ft), are the tallest twin buildings in Canada. The complex was developed by Menkes Developments.
The Globe and Mail Centre is a 17-storey building, on King Street East, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, that houses the offices of The Globe and Mail newspaper, and other tenants. The building is adjacent to the former offices of rival newspaper the Toronto Sun, towering over it. Archeologists were allowed to excavate the foundations of Berkeley House, which were uncovered while removing a parking lot in preparation for digging foundations for the new building.
