"Celestial" is a song recorded by the Mexican pop group RBD for their third Spanish studio album of the same name. It was released on 13 March 2007 as the second single from the album.
The song was written by Carlos Lara and Pedro Damián and is a Latin pop song with elements of pop rock. Lyrically, it is about the band telling their ex-lovers that they will get over them, with Maite and Alfonso stating in the pre-chorus: "Pronto desde mis cenizas, me veras volar", (Eng.: "Soon from my ashes, you will see me fly"). During the chorus, the members tell their ex-partners that "Y tú no tienes alma" (Eng.: And you have no soul") because they don't know that love is.
"Celestial" was confirmed to be the second single from the album in January 2007 in Mexico. Originally, in 2006, "Bésame Sin Miedo" was to be released as the second single. Instead, plans were made to release "Bésame Sin miedo" in the rest of Latin America and release "Celestial" only in Mexico. Due to the band being too busy recording RBD: La Familia , promoting both albums (Celestial and Rebels ) and touring around the world, plans to release "Bésame sin miedo" were postponed. Therefore, "Celestial" was released in Mexico in March 2007 and in the rest of Latin America the song was sent to radio at the end of April.
On February 11, 2007, RBD recorded the music video for "Celestial" nearby the Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanos in Mexico City. The video was directed by Esteban Madrazo, who also directed "Ser o Parecer". The group members wear hippie outfits in the video. On February 27, the music video premiered on Ritmoson Latino, a Televisa music channel in Mexico. [1]

RBD is a Mexican Latin pop group that gained popularity from Televisa's telenovela Rebelde (2004–2006). It was composed of Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Alfonso Herrera, Christopher von Uckermann and Christian Chávez. The group achieved international success from 2004 until their separation in 2009 and sold over 15 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling Latin music artists of all time.
Nuestro Amor is the second studio album by Mexican Latin pop group RBD. The album was released on September 22, 2005, in Mexico, selling over 127,000 units in its first seven hours of release in the country, and 160,000 in the first week, enough for it to be certified Platinum almost instantly. Live in Brasília is the fifth live concert by Mexican Latin pop group RBD. The material was recorded at the Esplanada dos Ministérios in Brasília, Brazil on April 21, 2008, in a front of a crowd of more than 500,000 people, the biggest show of the band's career. The live video album shows the free concert RBD presented during the 48th anniversary of the Brazilian capital, which formed part of the group's Empezar Desde Cero World Tour (2008). The DVD was released in Brazil on March 26, 2009 and in Mexico on June 9, 2009. The CD and streaming were released worldwide on October 5, 2020.
Hecho En España, also known as Hecho en Madrid is the third live album by Mexican pop group RBD, released on October 1, 2007, in Mexico and on October 2, in Spain. The CD was recorded in Madrid, Spain on June 22, 2007, as part of RBD's Tour Celestial 2007. The show was held at the famous Spanish Vicente Calderón Stadium in front of almost 40,000 people enjoying the group's music. A live video of the entire concert was also recorded and released on DVD. The CD itself was released in a series of special edition packs: one included gloves and a lighter and a CD/DVD bundle, while another pack included gloves and an umbrella as well as the CD and DVD. The CD/DVD packs went on pre-sale on September 27, 2007 in Mexico, slated for their October 1 release. In February 2008, 4 months after the DVD release in Brazil, the CD was released in a special limited edition, celebrating the sales of over 50,000 DVDs in the country.
