Celine Elaiza Domingo (born April 20, 1999) is a Filipino volleyball player who currently plays for the Nakhon Ratchasima QminC VC in the Thailand League. [1] She was the team captain of the Philippines women's national under-23 volleyball team that competed in the 2019 Women's Volleyball Kor Royal Cup held in Thailand. [2]

Personal life

Domingo was formerly in a relationship with then-UP Lady Fighting Maroons and Creamline player Tots Carlos. [3]

Collegiate career

Domingo initially joined the UE Red Warriors as its rookie captain during UAAP Season 78 in 2015 but later transferred to the Far Eastern University due to personal reasons. She began playing for the FEU Lady Tamaraws in 2018 after completing her residency. [4] She foregoed her final year of eligibility in 2020. [5] Domingo took a degree in Tourism in FEU. [6]

Professional career

Domingo joined the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) in 2019 as a player for the Creamline Cool Smashers. She also led the Philippines women's national under-23 volleyball team as its captain during the 2019 Women's Volleyball Kor Royal Cup in Thailand in July 2019. [7] In October 2023, she took leave from Creamline to play for Nakhon Ratchasima VC in Thailand. Following the end of her overseas stint, she officially left Creamline in January 2024 [8] and transferred to a rival PVL team, the Akari Chargers. [9]

The Creamline Cool Smashers are a Filipino professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). The team is owned by food company Rebisco and named after its Creamline Creamy Ice Cream brand. They are the most successful team in the PVL, having won ten championships. In the 2024 season, they became the first PVL team to achieve a "grand slam".

She was playing with UP Lady Fighting Maroons of the University of the Philippines-Diliman, and a member of both the indoor and beach volleyball collegiate varsity teams of the university. She bagged the back-to-back Most Valuable Player and Best Opposite Spiker in the 2022 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference and 2022 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference. She is also part of the Philippines women's national volleyball team that competed in the 2022 Asian Women's Volleyball Cup.

Rosemarie Vargas is a Filipino volleyball player of the collegiate varsity volleyball team of Far Eastern University that plays in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines. Rosemarie also plays for the Creamline Cool Smashers in the Premier Volleyball League that debuted during the 2017 PVL Reinforced Conference.

Maria Deanna Izabella Alvizo Wong is a Filipino professional volleyball athlete. Wong was a member of the Ateneo de Manila University Lady Blue Eagles, the school's women's varsity volleyball team from 2016 to 2020. During Season 80 of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) in 2018, she won the Best Setter Award.
