Chandler is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States, and a suburb of the Phoenix, Arizona, Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). It is bordered to the north and west by Tempe, to the north by Mesa, to the west by Phoenix, to the south by the Gila River Indian Community, and to the east by Gilbert. As of 2019, the population was estimated at 261,165 according to the United States Census Bureau.

Joel Chandler Harris House, also known as The Wren's Nest or Snap Bean Farm, is a Queen Anne style house at 1050 Ralph D. Abernathy Blvd., SW. in Atlanta, Georgia. Built in 1870, it was home to Joel Chandler Harris, editor of the Atlanta Constitution and author of the Uncle Remus Tales, from 1881 until his death in 1908. He is most known as author of the "Uncle Remus" tales, based upon stories he heard slaves tell during his youth.

Readbourne is a historic home located at Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland, United States. It is a five-part Georgian brick house: the center block was built in the early 1730s; the south wing in 1791; and the north wing in 1948. The central part of the house is the most significant, being a "T"-shaped, two-story brick building with a hip roof, measuring 60 feet (18 m) by 23 feet 6 inches (7.16 m). All of the brick walls are laid in Flemish bond.
The Chamber of Commerce Building is a historic office building located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a Renaissance Revival-style of architecture with a brown glazed brick building five floors in height, eleven bays long on the west/east sides, facing Commerce Street on the west and Custom House Avenue to the east. Three bays wide (north/south) on the Water Street side, and rebuilt 1904–1905, using still standing walls / facades. It was built during the rebuilding of the old financial district in Downtown Baltimore following the Great Baltimore Fire of Sunday/Monday, February 7–8, 1904 and features many terra cotta decorative elements. The rebuilt structure was designed by well-known Baltimore architect Charles E. Cassell. The original pre-fire building was designed by locally famous and prominent architect John Rudolph Niernsee in 1880 and was used by the old Corn and Flour Exchange, which maintained a trading floor on the fifth level.

Carpenter-Lippincott House is a historic home located at Centreville, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1840, and is a three-story, stuccoed stone dwelling in the Italianate-style. It consists of two, well-defined rectangular blocks. The main block is surmounted by a square cupola on its low-hipped roof with projecting eaves and it features an enclosed porch with cast iron lattice work.
Centreville–Fentress Historic District is a national historic district located at Chesapeake, Virginia. The district encompasses 24 contributing buildings and 10 contributing structures in a rural farming community that developed a small commercial core. It was developed starting in the 1880s, with the addition of the Norfolk and Elizabeth City Railroad link to the Albemarle and Chesapeake Canal. Notable resources include the Fentress House, Colonial Revival style Centerville Baptist Church (1925), New Burfoot House (1925), Queen Anne style George Jackson House (1890), the Norfolk and Elizabeth City, NC Railroad Tracks, and a 1920 commercial building.
