Cham Fazel (Persian : چم فاضل, also Romanized as Cham Fāẕel; also known as Cha‘ab) [1] is a village in Nahr-e Anbar Rural District, Musian District, Dehloran County, Ilam Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
