Cheshmeh Gilan (Persian : چشمه گيلان‎, also Romanized as Cheshmeh Gīlān)^[1] is a village in Satar Rural District, Kolyai District, Sonqor County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 213, in 63 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Satar Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Kolyai District, Sonqor County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,160, in 1,327 families. The rural district has 30 villages.
