Chi Choi constituency is loosely based on Kingsford Terrace,Sun Lai Garden,Bay View Garden,Ngau Chi Wan Village and part of Choi Hung Estate in Ngau Chi Wan with an estimated population of 16,202. [3]

Wong Tai Sin District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It is the only landlocked district in Hong Kong. It is located in Kowloon, and is the northernmost district in Kowloon. It borders the districts of Kwun Tong to its southeast, Kowloon City to its southwest, Sai Kung to its east, and Sha Tin to its north.
San Po Kong is an area in New Kowloon in Hong Kong. It is largely industrial and partly residential. Administratively, it belongs to Wong Tai Sin District.
Ping Shek Estate is a public housing estate in Ping Shan, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Choi Hung Estate is situated to its west, Ngau Chi Wan Municipal Services Building to its north, Richland Gardens to its south. Choi Wan Estate is a public housing estate in Ngau Chi Wan, Wong Tai Sin District, Kowloon, Hong Kong, located between Ngau Chi Wan Village and Jordan Valley and the foot of Fei Ngo Shan. The estate is divided into Choi Wan (I) Estate and Choi Wan (II) Estate, and has a total of 21 blocks. It is one of the largest public housing estates in Wong Tai Sin District.
