Lung Sing,formerly called Diamond Hill,is one of the 25 constituencies in the Wong Tai Sin District in Hong Kong.
The constituency returns one district councillor to the Wong Tai Sin District Council,with an election every four years. The seat has been currently held by former legislator Mandy Tam,previously affiliated with The Frontier and the People Power.
Lung Sing constituency is loosely based on Diamond Hill area including Lung Poon Court,Galaxia,Bel Air Heights,Fung Chuen Court and Regent On The Hill. The estimated population in 2019 is 19,166. [3]

Wong Tai Sin District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It is the only landlocked district in Hong Kong. It is located in Kowloon, and is the northernmost district in Kowloon. It borders the districts of Kwun Tong to its southeast, Kowloon City to its southwest, Sai Kung to its east, and Sha Tin to its north.
Fung Tak Estate is a mixed TPS and public housing estate in Diamond Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong, near Lung Poon Court, Plaza Hollywood, Galaxia and MTR Diamond Hill station. It has seven residential blocks built in 1991 and is named from nearby Fung Tak Road. Some of the flats were sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 1 in 1998.
