Additionally, Busch briefly held the WWE 24/7 Championship. He is the younger brother of 2004 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series champion Kurt Busch.

He claimed the record in 2019 after he passed seven-time Cup Series champion Richard Petty, but was surpassed by Kevin Harvick in 2021. Nemechek won the 1992 NASCAR Busch Series championship.
