Cicindela sachalinensis is a species of tiger beetle in the family Cicindelidae. [2]
It was first described in 1862 by August Morawitz, [2] [1] [3] with the species epithet, sachalinensis, describing it as being found on Sakhalin. [3]
It has been synonymised with C. raddei [1] (described by Morawitz in the same publication) [3] but the basis of this synonymisation is not clear.
It is native to the northern and central parts of Korea, China, Russia, and Mongolia. [1]
