Citra Raya Tangerang is the largest integrated city developed by the Ciputra Group at Cikupa and Panongan of Tangerang Regency in Indonesia, which is located about 40 km from the capital Jakarta. The township is within Greater Jakarta and has a land area of about 2,760 hectares. Development of the township began in 1994. [1] Population of the township is over 65,000. [2]

The township has three separate CBD with shopping centers, apartments and office towers. [3]

The township is growing very rapidly. There are 54 residential clusters, over 2000 shop-houses and commercial buildings in the township at present. Ciputra Hospital is the only specialized health facility in the township. There is Amaris Hotel within the township. [4] A Mal Ciputra is also located in the township. [5] [6]

The township can be reached by Jakarta-Merak Toll Road. Shuttle bus service Trans Citra Raya connects the township with different areas of Jakarta city center.

Sentul City is a modern housing area situated at Sentul, Babakan Madang, Bogor Regency, in West Java, Indonesia. Its geographical coordinates are 6 52' 0" South, 112 26' 0" East and its original name is Sentul. Located near Bogor, it is about 48 km south of Indonesia's capital city, Jakarta. BSD City Planned township in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia

BSD City, formerly referred to Bumi Serpong Damai is a planned community located within Greater Jakarta in Indonesia. The project was initiated in 1984 by a group of private developers and started in 1989. The town is currently managed by the holding company PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, which is owned by Sinar Mas Land, a subsidiary of the Sinar Mas Group, a large industrial conglomerate in Indonesia. BSD City encompasses a total area of approximately 6,000 hectares, hosting a range of residential houses, apartments, malls, offices, and more. Most of the residential areas are designed to be suitable for Indonesia's upper-middle class, in gated neighbourhoods, each with different themes. Gading Serpong is a township, 21 km west of Jakarta at Kelapa Dua and Pagedangan, Tangerang Regency of Banten province in Indonesia. Total land area of this satellite city is about 1500 hectares, which was being first developed by PT Summarecon Agung as Summarecon Serpong. In 1993, Keris Group in-cooperated with the development and the name was changed as Gading Serpong. Later Paramount Land also joined the project. To accelerate development in 2004, partners of the project decided to develop the Gading Serpong region individually, with a share of approximately equal shares. Now the township is mainly divided into two parts as Summarecon Serpong and Paramount Serpong. Bintaro Jaya is a planned township located in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia. It is developed by PT Jaya Real Property Tbk. The development of the township began within South Jakarta in 1979 and is expanded further to South Tangerang in Banten province. The township is built as a satellite city for Jakarta, with a total land area of about 1000 hectares. The name Bintaro is derived from the Bintaro Village, which also takes the name of Bintaro plant, whereas Jaya came from the name of the developer.
