CityMall Bacalso is a community mall located in N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City developed by DoubleDragon Properties. It sits on a 1.1-hectare (2.7-acre) property located between Elizabeth Mall and Cebu South Bus Terminal.
In June 2014, DoubleDragon Properties announced that its subsidiary CityMall Commercial Centers Inc. (CMCCI) signed a 30-year lease agreement with Dunes and Eagle Land Development Corp. for a commercial lot along N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City where a Grand CityMall will be constructed. [1] [2] It was expected to be completed in 2015 but the project hit a snag when stockholders of the dissolved Ludo and Luym Development Corp. (LudoDev) appealed to desist the construction since the lot was transferred illegally to DoubleDragon Properties pending the result of a court case. [3] [4]
Its construction was further halted on February 22, 2017 by Cebu City's Office of the Building Official (OBO) after the crane rented by Metro Dyna Build Incorporated (MDBI), the mall's contractor, collapsed on four houses and injured one woman. [5]
The mall finally opened on April 30, 2022 with MerryMart Grocery as the anchor store.

It opened in November 1994, one year after their rival mall, SM City Cebu opened. The Horizons 101 is a condominium complex in Cebu City. Tower 1 of the two-tower complex was completed in late 2015. At 185 meters tall with 55 floors, it is presently the country's tallest building outside of Metro Manila and is the tallest building in Cebu City. Tower 2 at 168 meters tall with 46 floors is Cebu City's 2nd tallest building and was finished in early 2019.
The South Road Properties (SRP), also known as the South Reclamation Project, is a 300 ha reclamation area in Cebu City, Philippines. The area, which is reclaimed from Mactan Channel, is located off the coast of the southern district of Cebu City, near Barangays Mambaling, Inayawan, and Pasil. It spans from the shore of mainland Cebu to Kawit Point. An island-type reclaimed area, it is connected with mainland Cebu by the Cebu South Coastal Road and the Mambaling Access Road. Through the Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway, the SRP is also connected by land to Cordova and the island of Mactan.

Nustar Resort and Casino is a 9-hectare (22-acre) integrated resort and casino facility on Kawit Point, South Road Properties (SRP), Cebu City, Philippines. The project, which includes restaurants, bars, a mall, convention center, casino, park, theater, and at least three hotels, is a joint venture of the Cebu City Government and Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc. Transportation within Cebu City is mainly land-based with most parts of the city accessible by road. It was formerly considered as a "national aid" city road under Executive Order No. 113 issued by President Ramon Magsaysay on May 2, 1955.
The Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT) is a bus station in Cebu City, Philippines. CSBT is operated by the Cebu Provincial Government with Carmen Quijano as its current operations manager. The station is a hub for buses servicing southern Cebu and nearby provinces such as Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental and the Zamboanga Peninsula.
The Cebu North Bus Terminal (CNBT) is a bus station in Cebu City, Philippines operated by the Cebu Provincial Government which serves as a hub for buses servicing northern Cebu. CNBT was previously located in a lot owned by the Mandaue city government in Barangay Subangdaku which was under a lease agreement with Cebu City government, which in turn granted the Cebu Provincial Bus Operators Multi-purpose Cooperative, Inc. (CPBOMCI) the management of the terminal.
