Ayala Center Cebu is a large shopping mall owned by Ayala Malls at the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the first Ayala mall located outside of Metro Manila. It opened in November 1994, one year after their rival mall, SM City Cebu opened. For more than 20 years, it was the only Ayala Mall to bear the word Ayala in its name until Ayala Malls Serin opened in March 2015.

It is the third SM Supermall in Quezon City, after SM North EDSA and SM City Sta. Mesa. It has a land area of 202,000 square meters, a total gross floor area of 312,749 square meters (3,366,400 sq ft), making it the fifth largest SM Supermall within the country after SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Seaside City, and SM Mall of Asia as well as the sixth largest shopping mall in the Philippines, in terms of total floor area. Although it is named after the nearby Fairview area or barangay, it is located in Barangay Greater Lagro.

The mall is owned by Robinsons Malls, and it is their flagship mall. It is the 1st Robinsons Mall to bear the Galleria branding. It was built on January 12, 1990, with a total gross floor area of approximately 216,000 m2 (2,330,000 sq ft).
Robinsons Manila, is a large shopping mall located in Ermita, Manila, Philippines. It is the largest Robinsons Mall ever built. Robinsons Manila is located beside the University of the Philippines Manila and the Philippine General Hospital, and is built at the site of the former Ateneo de Manila Campus before it moved to Loyola Heights, Quezon City. The first major expansion of the mall happened when it opened its Padre Faura Wing in June 2000. The mall was further expanded in 2006 when the nearby Midtown Hotel was demolished to make way for the construction of its Midtown Wing and the Adriatico Place Residences

The Gateway Tower is a 31-storey mixed use skyscraper located in the Araneta City at Quezon City. The tower was named after the adjacent Gateway Mall and serves as the headquarters of the Araneta Group, replacing the Aurora Tower since 2014. Moreover, the tower sits on a rectangular lot located along General Aguinaldo Avenue and features retail and electronics stores, dining outlets, hair salons, office spaces, an open air rooftop garden, and an art gallery, while the tower's upper floors are also occupied by various call centers, franchising, and tech companies.
Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit. One Ayala is an under construction mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land located at Ayala Center in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The development is located across Glorietta mall and occupies the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. One Ayala aims to combine retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space. Construction began in 2016 with the demolition of InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark and parts of the development opened in 2022.
