Jacobee Bryant is an American football cornerback for the Kansas Jayhawks.

Early years

Bryant attended Hillcrest High School in Evergreen, Conecuh County, Alabama. As a senior, he had 38 tackles and eight interceptions with five being returned for a touchdown. He committed to the University of Kansas to play college football. [1] [2]

College career

As a true freshman at Kansas in 2021, Bryant played in 11 games with seven starts and had 22 tackles and two interceptions, with one returned for a touchdowns. As a sophomore in 2022, he started 11 of 12 games, recording 38 tackles, three interceptions and one touchdown. [3] [4] As a junior in 2023, he started 12 of 13 games and finished with 32 tackles, four interceptions and one sack. [5] Bryant returned to Kansas for his senior season in 2024. [6]

Gay would win Super Bowl XLIII with the team the following season and also played for the Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants before entering coaching in 2019.

They defeated Virginia Tech in the 2008 Orange Bowl, the Jayhawks first and only BCS bowl victory. They finished the season ranked No. 7 in both major polls.

Ronnie Amadi is a former professional gridiron football defensive back. He played arena football in the Arena Football League (AFL) and af2 as well as Canadian football in the Canadian Football League (CFL). His most substantial professional experience came with the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL, where he started 11 games as a defensive halfback. He played college football at the University of Kansas. Amadi also played for the New York Dragons and the Tulsa Talons of the AFL.
