Comes the Carnage!, also known as Carnage is Here!, is a graphic novel written by Tom DeFalco, drawn by Ron Frenz and Pat Olliffe, and published by Marvel Comics 2 as the second volume of the American comic book series The Amazing Spider-Girl , a relaunch of Spider-Girl , following Mayday Parker / Spider-Girl, the daughter of Peter Parker / Spider-Man and Mary Jane Watson, as she stumbles onto a S.H.I.E.L.D. civil war between Maria Hill and La Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine, before unwittingly freeing Carnage; shaken by her mistake, Spider-Girl must battle the reborn Carnage, who targets both the Parker family and the students and facility of Midtown High. Premise

The series follows Mayday Parker / Spider-Girl, sworn to follow in her father's web-tracks, as she finds herself torn between friendship and justice after one of the Ladyhawks seeks to kill the Hobgoblin for crippling her twin sister, before Spider-Girl stumbles on to a S.H.I.E.L.D. mission and inadvertently sets free the Carnage symbiote, finding herself caught in a war between La Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine and Maria Hill, as the reborn Carnage takes her classmate Moose Mansfield and her younger brother Benjy Parker as host, who target the students and faculty of Midtown High as well as the Parker family, with Spider-Girl teaming up with extended family members Darkdevil and Kaine to help.
