Crazy Times is a 2022 studio album by hard rock supergroup Sammy Hagar and the Circle. The album follows 2021's covers album Lockdown 2020 and continues themes related to the confusion and historic nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, [4] as well as critiques of corporate greed and reflections on aging. [5]

Reception

Editors of AllMusic Guide rated this release four out of five stars, with critic Stephen Thomas Erlewine writing that "the party tunes play off the reflective numbers, creating something that hints at emotional depth". [6] Writing for Ultimate Classic Rock , Micahel Gallucci stated that "results vary" in the quality on the album and that producer Dave Cobb's "job here is to reign in Hagar's most base instincts, and for the most part, he succeeds". [7]

Jason John Bonham (born 15 July 1966) is an English drummer. He is the son of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham. Since his father's death in September 1980, he has performed with the surviving three members of Led Zeppelin on several occasions, including the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert at O2 arena in London in December 2007. He has also done extensive work as a session musician, led the group Bonham in the 1980s and '90s, and is a member of the supergroups Black Country Communion and Sammy Hagar and the Circle.

5150 is the seventh studio album by American rock band Van Halen. It was released on March 24, 1986, by Warner Bros. Records and was the first of four albums to be recorded with lead singer Sammy Hagar, who replaced David Lee Roth. The album was named after Eddie Van Halen's home studio, 5150, in turn named after a California law enforcement term for a mentally disturbed person. The album hit number 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, surpassing the band's previous album, 1984, which had peaked at number 2 behind Michael Jackson's Thriller album, on which Eddie made a guest appearance.

Live Without a Net is a live concert video of Van Halen recorded in New Haven, Connecticut, in 1986, and released later that year. It was of their performance on August 27, 1986 at New Haven's Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The 90-minute release removed a few songs from the full performance. While the band attempted to record the previous night, audio problems prevented it from being used, although some video footage from that night would later surface in music videos. Due to Smith's consistent recording and touring commitments with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kenny Aronoff joined the group in 2011 as a touring replacement drummer. While the band has not formally announced a breakup, in June 2016 Smith said that he had doubts about its survival due to their busy schedules.

The group released a live album called At Your Service on 19 May 2015, and a live DVD of the same name in December of that same year.
