Studio 23 was a Filipino television network owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. The network was named for its flagship station in Metro Manila, DWAC-TV and carried on UHF channel 23. The network was a sister network of the main channel, ABS-CBN, airing programming aimed towards young adults, such as North American imports and other English-language programming, and original Tagalog programming aimed at the demographic as well, such as supplemental programming for ABS-CBN programs. It formerly operated as a free-to-air television network. The network is headquartered at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Quezon City, with additional offices and production facilities in 25 major cities including Baguio, Naga, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cebu, and Davao. ABS-CBN's production and post-production facility is located at the Horizon IT Park in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan which opened in 2018. ABS-CBN is colloquially referred to as the Kapamilya Network; this branding was originally introduced in 1999 and was officially introduced in 2003 during the celebration of its 50th anniversary. ABS-CBN is the largest media company in the country in terms of assets, manpower, and international coverage. As of 2020, the terrestrial broadcasting operations of the network is indefinitely suspended due to lack of license and franchise, but broadcasting activities continued via online, cable and satellite, streaming platforms, and other free-to-air terrestrial television.

Busay, Brgy. Babag 1, Cebu City and its digital transmitter was located at Babag 2, Brgy. Busay Hills, Cebu City. It was the first VHF television station in Cebu, and it serves as the network's first provincial television station in the Philippines.

The Millennium Transmitter is a 720 ft (219.5 m) high communications tower of ABS-CBN Corporation located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Mother Ignacia Street corner Sgt. Esguerra Avenue, Quezon City. It serves as a platform for television transmission antennas for both DWWX-TV and DWAC-TV, the respective flagship stations of ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN Sports and Action. It was also the former transmission tower of radio station DWRR until it was shifted when the Millennium Transmitter was upgraded by the end of 1999. On June 30, 2020, the transmitter were fully shut off due to a cease and desist order by the National Telecommunications Commission after ABS-CBN's legislative franchise expired on May 4, 2020.

Its studios, transmitter, and broadcast facilities are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Panganiban Drive, Naga City. It was launched on December 31, 1990 as the Bicol Region's first television station.
DYAB-TV was a commercial television station of Philippine television network ABS-CBN Corporation. Its studio is located at ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center, 5/F Uytingkoc Bldg., Avenida Veteranos, Tacloban City and the transmitter is located at Mt. Naga-Naga, Tacloban City. On November 8 to December 23, 2013, ABS-CBN Tacloban went off the air for the first time in six weeks because of the landfall of Typhoon Haiyan, which damaged ABS-CBN's equipment, its transmitter and the building. It only resumed operations on December 23, 2013, after power was restored in the city and ABS-CBN bought new equipment for DYAB-TV prior to Christmas.
ABS-CBN Sports and Action, was a free-to-air television network based in Quezon City. It was owned by ABS-CBN Corporation with some of its programs produced and licensed by ABS-CBN Sports. In Metro Manila, Sports + Action broadcast terrestrially and through DTT through DWAC-TV, the frequency once used by the defunct national television network Studio 23 until its closure on January 16, 2014, with most of its UHF affiliate stations in the provinces owned by AMCARA Broadcasting Network. It began its operations on January 18, 2014, yet it did not become the company's sole channel for sports until the shutdown of subscription-based counterpart Balls by the end of 2015. Its simulcast high-definition channel was exclusively available on Sky Cable, Destiny Cable and Sky Direct since 2016, while its international feed carried worldwide through The Filipino Channel. Sports + Action's programming is composed primarily of sports coverage such as MPBL, ABL, UAAP, NCAA, Pinoy Pride fights, BVR, PVL and ONE Championship. The program line up of Sports + Action included other sports-related programming, news coverages and blocktimers. S+A broadcast Mondays to Saturdays from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and Sundays from 4:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
ABS-CBN TV Plus was a Philippine ISDB-T encrypted digital terrestrial television provider owned and operated by ABS-CBN Convergence, a subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation. The service distributed digital set-top boxes with freemium and free-to-view digital TV channels, Broadcast Markup Language, Emergency Warning Broadcast system, and pay per view services to selected areas in the Philippines. In order to avail the service, users must buy an ABS-CBN TVplus set-top box and activate it through ABS-CBNmobile SIM card; activation requirements for the digital channels through other mobile networks later became available around the second quarter of 2018. As of February 2020, ABS-CBN TVplus had sold over 9 million units of its set-top boxes.
A2Z, known on-air as A2Z Channel 11, is a Philippine free-to-air blocktime broadcast television network that serves as a flagship property of ZOE Broadcasting Network in partnership with ABS-CBN Corporation through a blocktime agreement. A2Z's flagship television station is DZOE-TV which carries the VHF Channel 11 and UHF Channel 20. The network's name is an abbreviation derived from the first letter of the names of two parent companies, ABS-CBN and ZOE, the number of the now-recalled channel frequency of the former, and English alphabet letters from the first letter A to the last letter Z.
