The Dacia Bigster is a concept SUV from Romanian car manufacturer Dacia. It was unveiled in January 2021 and expected to debut in 2025. [1] [2]
The Bigster concept car was presented on 14 January 2021 during the presentation of the "Renaulution" strategic plan by the new managing director of Renault, Luca de Meo. [3] The Bigster receives the brand new Dacia logo on its grille formed by the letters "DC". [4]
The Bigster Concept is based on the Renault's elongated CMF-B modular platform, notably from the Renault Clio V. [5]
Dacia has confirmed it will offer a production C-segment SUV based on the Bigster concept. [6]
This will be built at the Mioveni factory in Romania starting in 2025, one year after the plant will start making the third-generation Dacia Duster. [7]

The first Dacia 1300 left the assembly line on 23 August 1969. The Renault Kwid is a crossover city car produced by the French car manufacturer Renault, initially intended for the Indian market and launched in 2015. The Peugeot 408 is a crossover SUV produced by French automaker Peugeot. It was unveiled in June 2022 as a C-segment vehicle slotting between the 308 and 3008 or 508. It was publicly exhibited for the first time at the 2022 Paris Motor Show. It is based on the EMP2 platform closely shared with the third-generation 308, and despite sharing the saloon silhouettes, mechanically unrelated to the Chinese market 408 saloon. According to Peugeot, the 408 is a blend between SUVs, hatchbacks and saloons, and has been described as a coupe crossover.

The 2024 Paris Motor Show will take place between October 14 and 20, in the Porte de Versailles exhibition pavilion, the first day the show will be open to the public on October 15, with the 14th day dedicated to the media and industry specialists.
The Lada Niva Vision was a car planned to be the second generation of the Niva model. Its launch was scheduled for 2024, set to be built on the CMF-B platform.
