The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) is the governing body of the men's professional tennis circuits – the ATP Tour, the ATP Challenger Tour and the ATP Champions Tour. It was formed in September 1972 by Donald Dell, Jack Kramer, and Cliff Drysdale to protect the interests of professional tennis players, and Drysdale became the first president. Since 1990 the association has organized the ATP Tour, the worldwide tennis tour for men and linked the title of the tour with the organization's name. It is the governing body of men's professional tennis. In 1990 the organization was called the ATP Tour, which was renamed in 2001 as just ATP and the tour being called ATP Tour. In 2009 the name of the tour was changed again and was known as the ATP World Tour, but changed again to the ATP Tour by 2019. It is an evolution of the tour competitions previously known as Grand Prix tennis tournaments and World Championship Tennis (WCT). The ATP's global headquarters are in London. ATP Americas is based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida; ATP Europe is headquartered in Monaco; and ATP International, which covers Africa, Asia and Australasia, is based in Sydney, Australia.
The ATP Finals is the season-ending championship of the ATP Tour. It is the most significant tennis event in the men's annual calendar after the four majors, as it features the top eight singles players and top eight doubles teams based on their results throughout the season. The eighth spot is reserved, if needed, for a player or team who won a major in the current year and is ranked from ninth to twentieth.
The Queen's Club Championships is an annual tournament for men's tennis, held on grass courts at the Queen's Club in West Kensington, London. The event is part of the ATP Tour 500 series on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour. It is currently advertised as the "cinch Championships" after its title sponsor.
The Qatar Open, currently known as the Qatar ExxonMobil Open for sponsorship reasons, is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It is currently part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour. It is held annually in January at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha, Qatar, since 1993. From 2025, this tournament will be upgraded to an ATP 500 level event.
The Indian Wells Open is an annual professional tennis tournament held in Indian Wells, California, United States. It is played on outdoor hardcourts at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and is held in March. The tournament is part of the ATP Masters 1000 events on the ATP Tour and part of the WTA 1000 events on the WTA Tour.
The Miami Open is an annual professional tennis tournament held in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States. It is played on outdoor hard courts at the Hard Rock Stadium, and is held in late March and early April. The tournament is part of the ATP Masters 1000 events on the ATP Tour and part of the WTA 1000 events on the WTA Tour.
The Cincinnati Open is an annual professional tennis event held in Cincinnati, United States. It is played on outdoor hard courts at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio, and is held in August. The event started on September 18, 1899, and is the oldest tennis tournament in the United States still played in its original city. It also is the third largest tennis event in the United States, after the US Open and the Indian Wells Masters. It is one of the ATP Masters 1000 tournaments on the ATP Tour, and one of the WTA 1000 tournaments on the WTA Tour.
The Maharashtra Open was an annual men's ATP Tour 250 Tennis championship in Pune. It was a part of the ATP Tour till 2023.
The Connecticut Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts under various names and in various venues from 1948 until 2019.
The Halle Open is a men's tennis tournament held in Halle, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Held since 1993, the event is played on four outdoor grass courts and is a part of the ATP Tour 500 series on the ATP Tour schedule.
The Eastbourne International is a tennis tournament on the WTA Tour and the ATP Tour held at the Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club, Eastbourne, United Kingdom. Held since 1974, it is classified as a WTA 500 series on the WTA Tour and an ATP Tour 250 series on the ATP Tour. The tournament is played on outdoor grass courts, and is generally considered a "warm-up" for the Wimbledon Championships, a major tournament, which begins the following week. It was originally just part of the WTA Tour, but from 2009 it was combined as an ATP Tour event. It replaced the Nottingham Open grass court tournament from 2009–2014. Nottingham returned for 2015–2016 with no men's event in Eastbourne, however Eastbourne replaced the Nottingham event again from 2017 onwards. As of 2022, it is sponsored by Rothesay, with past sponsors including Viking Cruises, Nature Valley and AEGON.
The Bavarian International Tennis Championships is a men's tennis tournament held at the MTTC Iphitos in Munich, Germany. Founded in 1899 as a combined men's and women's event. and previously known as the Bavarian Open the tournament is played on outdoor clay courts and is a part of the ATP Tour schedule.
The U.S. National Indoor Championships was a tennis tournament that was last held at the Racquet Club of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. The event was played on indoor hard courts and usually took place in February. For much of its more than 100-year history it was a combined men's and women's tournament but in 2014, its final year, only a men's tournament was held. The event was previously known under various sponsored names including the Memphis Open, the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships, the Kroger St. Jude Championship, and the Volvo Championships. It was called throughout most of its history the National Indoor Championships.
The Serbia Open was a professional tennis tournament, part of the ATP 250 series and the ATP Tour. Held in Belgrade, Serbia and played on outdoor clay courts, the event was held for the first time in 2009. It was the first for Serbia, as the country had never before hosted an Association of Tennis Professionals tournament. The tournament was held as a combined men's and women's event in 2021. This marked the first time in history a WTA tournament was held in Serbia. The last edition was played in 2022, after which the tournament moved for a one-year period to Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina and rebranded as Srpska Open.

His highest ranking in doubles is world No. 7, which he achieved on 12 June 2023. He won his first Grand Slam at the 2023 US Open mixed doubles event. In doubles he has won four ATP Tour titles, his first alongside Lloyd Glasspool at the 2021 Open 13, 13 ATP Challenger tournaments, his first in 2011 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He has also won 20 ITF Futures in doubles and eight ITF Futures tournaments in singles. He won the 2007 Australian Open boys' doubles title with Graeme Dyce.
Taylor Harry Fritz is an American professional tennis player. He has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 5 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), achieved on February 27, 2023, and a doubles ranking of world No. 104, achieved on July 26, 2021. Fritz has won six ATP Tour singles titles, including a Masters 1000 title at the 2022 Indian Wells Masters. His best results at the majors are reaching the quarterfinals of the 2022 Wimbledon Championships, the 2023 US Open and the 2024 Australian Open. He is currently the No. 1 American in men's singles.
The New York Open was an ATP indoor hard court tennis tournament held in Uniondale, New York, United States. The event took place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The tournament was created in 2018 to replace the Memphis Open, which was canceled due to lack of sponsorship. It was described as "home of the black court", despite the court colour being patently grey. In 2022, the tournament was moved to Dallas, Texas, and rechristened the Dallas Open.

The 2023 ATP Tour was the global elite men's professional tennis circuit organised by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) for the 2023 tennis season. The 2023 ATP Tour calendar comprised the Grand Slam tournaments, supervised by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the ATP Finals, the ATP Tour Masters 1000, the United Cup, the ATP 500 series, the ATP 250 series. Also included in the 2023 calendar were the Davis Cup, Next Gen ATP Finals, Laver Cup, Hopman Cup, none of which distributed ranking points. 2023 marked the return of the ATP tournaments in China after strict COVID-19 protocols in the country.
