Darvaz (Persian : درواز‎, also Romanized as Darvāz; also known as Darvāzeh)^[1] is a village in Kamal Rud Rural District, Qolqol Rud District, Tuyserkan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 101, in 29 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Kamal Rud Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Qolqol Rud District, Tuyserkan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,733, in 696 families. The rural district has 11 villages.

Qolqol Rud District is a district (bakhsh) in Tuyserkan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 21,011, in 4,913 families. The District has one city: Farasfaj.
