Davahchi (Persian : دوه چي‎, also Romanized as Davahchī)^[1] is a village in Zarrineh Rud Rural District, in the Central District of Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 457, in 107 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Zarrineh Rud Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,077, in 3,575 families. The rural district has 20 villages.
