Malhamlu (Persian : ملحم لو‎, also Romanized as Malḩamlū)^[1] is a village in Ajorluy-ye Gharbi Rural District, Baruq District, Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 174, in 37 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Ajorluy-ye Gharbi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Baruq District, Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,355, in 799 families. The rural district has 25 villages.

Baruq District is a district (bakhsh) in Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 23,662, in 5,234 families. The District has one city: Baruq. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Ajorluy-ye Gharbi Rural District, Ajorluy-ye Sharqi Rural District, and Baruq Rural District.
