Dean Delannoit (born 27 January 1989) most known by the mononym Dean is the winner of Idool 2007 , in season 3 of the Belgian version of Pop Idol . [1] His first album, So Many Ways, released in 2007, spent 11 weeks in the #1 spot in the Belgian charts. [2]
In May 2012, he joined Kevin Kayirangwa (winner of Idool 2011 ) and Dennis De Neyer (a contestant in the same series to form the Belgian Flemish boyband 3M8S.
Dean was signed to a label where he had relative success with a number of singles and the album So Many Ways, an album of covers of well-known hits in addition to the title track "So many Ways", his winning song in Idool. The album topped the Ultratop Belgian Flemish Singles Chart, after the title track had reached #2 on the Ultratop Belgian Flemish Singles Chart.
In 2010, he was co-host of the Belgian version of the Belenlux edition of My Camp Rock titled My Rock Camp Benelux alongside host Sita Vermeulen. The show aired on the local Disney Channel. The winners of the show were Cheyenne & Mayleen.
In 2011, he took part in another reality television show, Disney's Friends for Change Games as part of 9-member Red Team, called the World Wildlife Fund with their captain and leader Mitchel Musso (Captain). His red team won. Delannoit was the only member from Europe in Team Red. All the eight other teammates were Americans: Mitchel Musso (Captain), Jake T. Austin, Kelsey Chow, Davis Cleveland, Zendaya, Roshon Fegan, Carlon Jeffery and Doc Shaw.
Starting May 2012, he is a member of the boyband 3M8S (pronounced Three mates). The band includes besides Dean (Idool 2007 season 3 winner), Idool 2011 (season 4) winner Kevin Kayirangwa and 2011 contestant Dennis De Neyer, who had finished 5th-6th on the 2011 show.
He is smaller cousin to the Belgian boxer Cyrille Delannoit (1926-1998)

"Don't Look Back" is a 1965 song recorded by The Temptations for the Gordy (Motown) label. The flip side to their Top 20 hit "My Baby", "Don't Look Back" broke out and became a hit among the R&B audience on its own, reaching #14 on the R&B charts.
Idool 2003 was the first season of the Belgian version of the Idol series. It was won by Peter Evrard, and followed by Idool 2004. The series was officially launched on 28 September 2002 by Belgian television network VTM. The hosts of the show are Koen & Kris Wauters of the group Clouseau. The jury members were Jean Blaute, Nina De Man, Jan Leyers & Bart Brusseleers.

Metro Station was an American pop rock band that was formed in Los Angeles, California by singer Mason Musso and bassist/guitarist Trace Cyrus. In late 2006, the band signed a recording contract with Columbia Records and RED Ink Records. The band is best known for the commercially successful hit single "Shake It" from the group's self-titled debut album. In 2010, tension between Cyrus and Musso caused the band to go on hiatus. In 2011, the band returned, however, it was announced that Cyrus was no longer a part of the group and Musso had purchased the rights to the name.

Jonathan Ivo Gilles Vandenbroeck, known professionally as Milow, is a Belgian singer-songwriter. Milow released his debut album, The Bigger Picture, in 2006 on his own label Homerun Records. The fourth single from that album, "You Don't Know," became one of the biggest hit singles of the year in Belgium in 2007, and The Bigger Picture stayed on the Belgian album chart for 110 weeks. However, it was not until his second self-released album Coming of Age in 2008, that Milow achieved major commercial success all over mainland Europe. Idool is the Belgian version of the Idol series. The series was launched in late 2002 by Belgian television network vtm. The contestants are first narrowed down to 100 contestants, and then down to 30-50 through several auditions and tests by a panel of judges. From this point on, the viewers decide who are in and who are out, and the judges limit themselves to commenting. TV viewers being what they are, the votes are based not solely on the singer's vocal performance, but also on his or her looks, clothes, entertainment value, and other factors.
