December 10, often shortened to D10, are an English pop boy band formed in London in 2025. The group rose to fame on Simon Cowell's The Next Big Act Netflix series. The group later signed to EMI Records. [1]
Of the band, Cowell stated,
I’m not sure if this band found me or if it was the other way around however either way I am so happy the boys have a chance to do what they love. Seven genuine, talented, humble boys who walked in to meet me. I believe in them and I really like them. I wish them all true happiness doing something they love. [2]
Together, December 10 said, “We want to make amazing music and hopefully give people something they’ve been waiting for - something for 2026 that’s bringing something a bit different. We want to show people that the British boyband is back… with a bang!” On 15 December 2025, the group released their first track on YouTube, a cover of NSYNC's track Bye Bye Bye. The group also released limited edition merchandise including t-shirts, hoodies and signed cards from each group member, which later sold out. [2]
The group were faced with legal dispute in December 2025, in which a Scottish metal band also named December Tenth raised concerns about name similarity, this led to social media confusion and potential legal action. The Scottish band later invited legal representatives from Cowell's team, Netflix, and Universal Music to contact them. [4]
