Dehnow-e Sang (Persian : دهنوسنگ‎, also Romanized as Dehnow Sang; also known as Deh-i-Nau, Deh Nan, Deh Now, Dehnow, and Dehnow’īyeh)^[1] is a village in Siriz Rural District, Yazdanabad District, Zarand County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 489, in 119 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Siriz Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Yazdanabad District, Zarand County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,792, in 1,167 families. The rural district has 13 villages.

Yazadanabad District is a district (bakhsh) in Zarand County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,936, in 3,783 families. The District has one city: Yazdan Shahr. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Siriz Rural District and Yazdanabad Rural District.
