Dezavar (Persian : دزاور‎, also Romanized as Dezāvar; also known as Dabjūr, Dījvar, and Dijwar)^[1] is a village in Sirvan Rural District, Nowsud District, Paveh County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 200, in 72 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sirvan Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Nowsud District, Paveh County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 2,874, in 833 families. The rural district has 17 villages.

Nowsud District is a district (bakhsh) in Paveh County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,984, in 2,239 families. The District has two cities: Nowsud and Nowdeshah. The District has one rural district (dehestan): Sirvan Rural District.
