William Thomas Dillard was an American businessman. He was the founder of the Dillard's Department Stores chain.

Penn Square Mall is a two-story, 1,083,937 sq ft (100,701 m2) regional shopping mall in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. It is located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and NW Expressway, near Interstate 44. The mall's anchor stores consist of JCPenney, Macy's, AMC Theatres, and two separate Dillard's stores. Simon Property Group, who manages the mall, owns 94.5% of it.

The 1987 John Hancock Sun Bowl was the 54th annual Sun Bowl. The contest featured the West Virginia Mountaineers and the 11th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys. Oklahoma State edged out West Virginia, 35–33. The game was decided with 1:13 to play. The game was played on snowy, cold Christmas Day of 1987 before a crowd of 43,240 in front of a CBS national television audience.
The Dillard Mill State Historic Site is a privately owned, state-administered property on Huzzah Creek in Crawford County, Missouri, that preserves a water-powered gristmill. The 132-acre (53 ha) site has been operated as a state historic site by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources under a lease agreement with the L-A-D Foundation since 1975. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
John A. Brown was an Oklahoma department store chain. It operated under that name from 1932, when its founder bought out its predecessor and renamed the chain for himself. After Mr. Brown died in 1940, his widow took over management until her own death in 1967, forcing a change in ownership. Dayton-Hudson, another retail company, continued operating the chain under the Brown name, until 1984, when Dayton-Hudson sold the Brown chain to Dillard's, another national chain, which combined all of the Brown stores under its own name. The flagship store on West Main Street was closed in 1974 and was subsequently razed as part of an urban renewal project. The project was supposed to result in a new shopping center known as the Galleria. However, the project was never completed, so the Brown chain never returned to downtown.

Stacey Bertrand Dillard is a former American football player who played defensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL). Dillard attended Clarksville High School in Clarksville, Texas playing for coach Hilton Lambeth. After playing college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, Dillard was drafted by the New York Giants in the sixth round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He played his entire career for the Giants (1992–1995).

Heritage Park Mall is a vacant building which formerly was a mall located on the northwest corner of Reno and Air Depot Rd. The property sits on about 39 acres and during it time of operation was the only enclosed shopping mall in Midwest City, although there are many outdoor shopping centers.
