In music, a radio edit or radio mix is a modification, typically truncated or censored, intended to make a song more suitable for airplay, whether it be adjusted for length, profanity, subject matter, instrumentation, or form. Radio edits may also be used for commercial single versions, which may be denoted as the 7" version, as opposed to the 12" version which are extended versions of a song. Not all "radio edit" tracks are played on radio.
"Cruel Summer" is a song by English girl group Bananarama. It was written by Bananarama and Steve Jolley, Tony Swain, and produced by Jolley and Swain. Released in 1983, it was initially a stand-alone single but was subsequently included on their self-titled second album a year later. The song reached number eight on the UK Singles Chart in 1983, and after its inclusion in the 1984 film The Karate Kid, it reached number nine on the US Billboard Hot 100.
"He Don't Love You" is a song by Human Nature, released as the first single from their self-titled album Human Nature. The song peaked at No. 4 in Australia, and at No. 18 in the UK.
"Why Don't We Fall in Love" is a song written and produced by Rich Harrison for American R&B singer Amerie's debut album, All I Have (2002). Released as the album's lead single in the United Kingdom in October 2001 and in the United States in July 2002. After being sent to US Urban/Urban AC, Top 40 and Rhythmic radio in April 2002, the song reached number twenty-three on the Billboard Hot 100 and became a top ten hit on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. It performed moderately elsewhere, peaking at number forty in the United Kingdom and number seventy-three in Australia. The song is also used for the promo of the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless. It is also one of the songs used in the American version of Donkey Konga 2. Part of the lyrics, along with the background music, was sampled in the song "Rule the World" by 2 Chainz and Ariana Grande.
"Don't Look Back" is the third English single released from the Mexican Latin pop singer Thalía's crossover 2003 album, Thalía. The song was written by Martin Harrington, Ash Howes and Rob Davis, and produced by Martin Harrington and Ash Howes; its melody is nearly identical to that of Kylie Minogue's "Love at First Sight", also co-written by Harrington and Howes. A Spanish version of the song was recorded and included on Thalía's album, Toda la Felicidad. The remix version reached #9 position of "Billboard's Dance/Club Play Songs".
"Chains of Love" is a song by British synthpop duo Erasure, released in May 1988 as their ninth single overall. It was written by Vince Clarke and Andy Bell, and released by Mute Records as the second single from Erasure's third studio album, The Innocents (1988). In the United States, Sire Records released it as the first single. The chorus is memorable for Bell's use of falsetto. The album version was produced by Stephen Hague and was slightly remixed for its single release. The accompanying music video featured Clarke and Bell performing the song while being hoisted through the air by thick, metal chains.
"Politics" is a song by the American nu metal band Korn and The Matrix for Korn's seventh studio album, See You on the Other Side. It was released as the album's third single in August 2006 instead of the previous choice, "Love Song", and is the last Korn single to feature David Silveria on drums.
"Don't Give It Up" was the third single and final single taken from British R&B singer Lemar's second album, Time to Grow (2004). Greatest Hits is a greatest hits album by Swedish group Ace of Base. It is their second compilation with this title, the first being Arista's 2000 US release Greatest Hits (2000). It was released under Playground Music on 14 November 2008, and is the last album to be released under the original contract of five original albums. The compilation was released in multiple formats, including a single disc edition and a 2-CD+DVD compilation which includes 16 of their hits, 13 previously released remixes, and 17 music videos. The set also includes four newly recorded remakes of hit songs. Beside previously unreleased songs included on the 2015 compilation album Hidden Gems, this is the last Ace of Base album to date with new material to feature vocalist Jenny Berggren.

The song was written by Jonas and James Fauntleroy and produced by Rob Knox. The song garnered mixed reception from music critics. An official remix of the track features a verse from American rapper Lil Wayne and slightly altered production; it received a Parental Advisory sticker for this because of the explicit lyrics Lil Wayne raps, but the clean version was made the official version. The Lil Wayne remix was also featured in May 2019, on the tracklist of Jonas Brothers reunion documentary, Chasing Happiness. Lil Wayne's explicit lyrics are said there, but however, it does not have an explicit content tag and does not credit Lil Wayne's feature as well.

It features a sample of the song, "Between the Sheets" written by The Isley Brothers. "Big Poppa" was nominated for Best Rap Solo Performance at the 1996 Grammy Awards.
