"Truly Madly Deeply" is a song by Australian pop duo Savage Garden, released as the third single from their self-titled debut album in March 1997 by Columbia Records, Roadshow Music, and Sony Music. It won the 1997 ARIA Music Award for Single of the Year and Highest Selling Single and was nominated for Song of the Year. Written by bandmates Darren Hayes and Daniel Jones, the song is a reworking of a song called "Magical Kisses" that the pair wrote together during the recording of their debut album.
"The Everlasting" is the second single to be lifted from the Manic Street Preachers's fifth studio album This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours. The band's best known and most commercially successful song, it was the biggest selling UK single of 1981, that year's Christmas number one, and has since sold over 1,560,000 copies in the UK, making it the 23rd-most successful single in UK Singles Chart history. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 in the US on 3 July 1982, where it stayed for three weeks.
"Eternal Flame" is a song by American pop rock group the Bangles for their third studio album, Everything (1988). The song was written by group member Susanna Hoffs with the established hit songwriting team of Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly. Upon its 1989 single release, "Eternal Flame" became a number-one hit in nine countries, including Australia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Since its release, it has been covered by many musical artists, including Australian boy band Human Nature, who reached the Australian top 10 with their version, and British girl group Atomic Kitten, who topped four national charts with their rendition.

"Miracle" is a song performed by German eurodance recording trio Cascada. It was written by Yann Peifer and Manuel Reuter, who also produced the song under their production names Yanou and DJ Manian, for the band's first studio album Everytime We Touch (2006). "The Sun Always Shines on T.V." is a song by Norwegian band A-ha, released as the third single from their debut studio album, Hunting High and Low (1985). The song was written by guitarist Pål Waaktaar. In some commercial markets the single was not as popular as their previous (debut) single "Take On Me", which had achieved the top spot in the United States and several other countries around the world, but in the United Kingdom and Ireland it improved upon the number-two charting of "Take On Me", reaching number one on the UK Singles Chart for two weeks in January 1986, having been released there on 16 December 1985. Its success secured for the band the prestige of having achieved number-one single status in both the primary Anglo-American popular music charts on either side of the Atlantic.
"Bump n' Grind" is a song by American R&B singer R. Kelly. It was released on January 25, 1994 as the second single from his debut solo studio album 12 Play (1993). The track became a number one single on the US Billboard Hot 100, and it also spent twelve weeks at number one on the US Hot R&B Songs chart as Kelly's third number-one R&B hit, becoming the longest-running number-one of 1994 in the US, and the longest-running R&B single at that time. A remixed version, referred to as "Right Here " and based around a sample of Michael Jackson's 1982 song "Human Nature", became a number-one R&B single, selling 500,000 copies and earning a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. According to Billboard, in 1993, the song spent 22 weeks on the US Hot 100 and from 1993 to 1994 it spent 34 weeks on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, making it one of the most successful R&B songs of 1993.
"Sex on the Phone" is a song recorded by German eurodance project E-Rotic. It was released in June 1995 as the third single from their debut album Sex Affairs. As the title suggests it, the main theme of the song is phone sex. The single reached number six in the German Singles Chart and was ranked for 14 weeks. It was also a hit in Austria where it reached number two and totaled 14 weeks in the top 30. In other European countries, it achieved a minor success, failing the top 20 in most of them. The song was later included on E-Rotic's compilations Greatest Tits and Dancemania presents E-ROTIC Megamix.
