The Gratz Park is a neighborhood and historic district located just north of downtown Lexington, Kentucky. It was named after early Lexington businessman Benjamin Gratz whose home stands on the corner of Mill and New streets at the edge of Gratz Park. The historic district consists of 16 contributing buildings including the Hunt-Morgan House, the Bodley-Bullock House, the original Carnegie library in Lexington, and several other private residences. Gratz Park occupies a tract of land that was established in 1781 outside the original boundaries of Lexington.
The Harlan and Hollingsworth Office Building is a historic office building located in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was completed in 1912, and stands on the corner of West St. and the Wilmington Rail Viaduct. It is a three-story, detached, rectangular brick-faced building with two small rear wings in the Colonial Revival style. It features two large, decorated copper-faced bay windows projecting from each face of the right corner of the second story.
Odessa Historic District is a national historic district located at Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 82 contributing buildings in the central business district and surrounding residential areas in the shipping and trading center of Odessa. It includes a mix of commercial and residential buildings primarily dating to the 18th and 19th century. The oldest building is the Collins-Sharp House. Other notable buildings include the Judge Lore House, Brick Hotel (1822), the Davis Store (1824), Cyrus Polk House (1853), Zoar ME Church (1881), Wilson-Warner House, Academy building (1844), Red Men Lodge (1894), and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal parsonage. Also located in the district and separately listed are the Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, Corbit-Sharp House, and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church.
Wawaset Park is a planned community national historic district located on the western edge of the City of Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. The area was formerly the grounds of Schuetzen Park, a horse racing and later auto racing track and fairgrounds. It was purchased in 1917 by the DuPont Company and developed into single-family houses, semi-detached and row houses to meet the housing need for the company's expanding corporate staff. The historic district encompasses 321 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure.

Obidiah Dingee House, also known as the Obadiah Dingee House, is a historic home located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1771, and is an example of an 18th-century urban residence continually occupied by working families. It is a two-story, brick dwelling consisting of a 19 feet, 6 inches wide by 24 feet deep main block with a rear wing. It is adjacent to the Jacob Dingee House. In 1976, it was moved from its original location at 107 E. 7th Street to Willingtown Square of the Delaware Historical Society.

The Dwight Street Historic District is an irregularly shaped 135-acre (55 ha) historic district in New Haven, Connecticut. The district is located immediately west of the center of Downtown New Haven and is generally bounded by Elm Street on the north, Park Street on the east, North Frontage Road on the south, and Sherman Avenue on the west. It contains one of the city's highest concentrations of well-preserved 19th and early 20th-century residential architecture, much of which was developed for the working classes in the city's factories. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The historic district includes most of the Dwight neighborhood and several blocks of the northeast corner of the West River neighborhood.

It encompasses 151 contributing buildings in a residential neighborhood west of the central business district of Wilmington. The district includes 19th-century residential structures of all classes, along with several 19th-and 20th-century commercial structures. The predominant structures are three-story rowhouse dwellings in a variety of popular styles including Second Empire, Italianate, and Gothic Revival. Notable non-residential buildings include the Quaker Meetinghouse and Cemetery, St. Peter's Cathedral and Rectory (1816), Union Methodist Church, and New Mount Bethel Baptist Church

Govatos'/McVey Building is a historic commercial building located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1895, and is a three-story, rectangular plan building of bearing wall brick construction. During the first half of the 20th century, it was converted into a restaurant, candy factory/shop by removing original storefronts along East Eighth Street. The building features large half-hexagonal pedimented copper bays on the second and third stories in the Queen Anne style. The building has housed Govatos Chocolates since 1910–1918. Govatos is the last candy making firm in Wilmington and still makes hand-dipped candy by the same method as in 1894.
Starr House, also known as the Michael VanKirk House, is a historic home located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built between 1801 and 1806, and is 2 1/2-story, brick dwelling with a gable roof. The house was restored in 1946 and considered the last example of colonial architecture in the city of Wilmington. Adjacent to the house is a mid-19th century frame summer kitchen, which contains a beehive oven, has been encased in brick.
New Castle Leather Raw Stock Warehouse, also known as the Kaumagraph Building, is a historic warehouse building located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1917, and is a three-story, rectangular steel, concrete, and brick building. The building measures 100 feet by 200 feet and features a projecting roof cornice, flat roof, and large window areas. It is characterized as a fireproof industrial building in the commercial style of the early 1900s. It was originally built as a warehouse to store goatskins for a Wilmington kid leather manufacturer and later housed the plant and offices of a specialty printing firm.
Delaware Avenue Historic District is a national historic district located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 180 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure developed in the late-19th and early-20th centuries. The district is primarily residential and includes a variety of Victorian-era mansions and large dwellings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Italianate, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Classical Revival, and American Four Square The houses are detached or semi-detached and are primarily three stories in height with extensive wings to the rear. The district also includes 20th century apartment complexes. Also located in the district is the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church and the Sailors and Soldiers Monument. The separately listed Howard Pyle Studios is also located in the district.

It encompasses 408 contributing buildings in a residential area located west of the Wilmington central business district. It was developed in the mid- to late-19th century and primarily consists of single-family, attached and semi-detached rowhouse dwellings. They are in a variety of popular Late Victorian architectural styles including Second Empire, Queen Anne, Italianate, and Stick style.

It encompasses 132 contributing buildings the central business district of Wilmington. It includes attached commercial and commercial/residential structures dating from the mid-18th to the early-20th century. The buildings reflect a variety of popular architectural styles including Classical Revival, Greek Revival, Federal, and Art Deco. Notable buildings include the Farmers Bank (1912), Jake's Market, Wilmington and Brandywine Bank, Joshua Conner and Sons, J.T. Montgomery Jewelry Store, and Wilmington Publishing Company Building.

Notable non-residential buildings include St. Patrick's Church, Diamond Match Company complex, Security Storage Warehouse, Francis Apartments, Winkler's Restaurant, Delaware Hosiery Manufacturing Company building, F.F. Slocomb Company building. The Howard High School, Kaumagraph Building, and Starr House are located in the district and separately listed.

It encompasses 316 contributing buildings, 3 contributing structures, and 3 contributing objects in located in and around Cool Spring Park in Wilmington. It developed in the late-19th century as a middle class residential area. They are primarily semi-detached dwellings in a variety of popular styles including Gothic Revival and Queen Anne. Also located in the district is the Cool Spring Pumping Station associated with the Cool Spring Reservoir, Cool Spring Elementary School, and Knights of Pythias Hall.
