Abass Akande Obesere also known by his stage name Omo Rapala, is a Nigerian artist, Singer and record producer who is a native of Ibadan, the largest city in Western Nigeria. A popular Fuji musician, Obesere forced his way into the limelight through his unusual music style and slangs usage that throws his fans into a frenzy. Following the paths of other successful musicians such as Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, Obesere also has taken his own brand of Fuji music all over the world. He was initially signed with Sony Music but moved onto other labels after payment disputes. For most of his musical career, he had a long-time rivalry with K1 De Ultimate who is also a popular Fuji musician.
Panshak Henry Zamani, better known as Ice Prince Zamani or just Ice Prince, is a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter. He rose to fame after releasing "Oleku", one of Nigeria's most remixed songs of all time. He won the 2009 Hennessy Artistry Club Tour. His debut studio album Everybody Loves Ice Prince was released in 2011. It was supported by three singles: "Oleku", "Superstar" and "Juju". In 2013, Ice Prince released Fire of Zamani as his second studio album. The album contained the singles "Aboki", "More", "Gimme Dat" and "I Swear". On 1 July 2015, Ice Prince was announced as the vice president of Chocolate City. He held the position until he left the label in 2016. He has collaborated with top African rappers like Navio of Uganda, Khaligraph Jones of Kenya, AKA of South Africa, Sarkodie of Ghana among others.

The album's singles include "Durosoke" and "Yemi My Lover". On 17 July 2013, Olamide became the first Nigerian to sign an endorsement deal with Cîroc.
Fire of Zamani is the second studio album by Nigerian rapper Ice Prince. Sean Stan of Vintage Sounds Production mastered the album before Chocolate City released it on October 28, 2013. Comprising eighteen tracks, Fire of Zamani features guest appearances from Sunny Neji, Wale, M.I, Chip, Ruby Gyang, Wizkid, French Montana, Jesse Jagz, Olamide, Sound Sultan, Burna Boy, Yung L, Jeremiah Gyang, Shaydee, and Morell. The album's production was primarily handled by Chopstix, a member of Grip Boiz City, along with additional production from Don Jazzy, Jay Sleek, Sammy Gyang, and E-Kelly.
Remilekun Khalid Safaru, known by his stage names Reminisce and Alaga Ibile, is a Nigerian singer, rapper, songwriter, and actor originating from Ogun State. He performs in English and in his native language, Yoruba.
No Guts No Glory is the debut studio album by Nigerian rapper Phyno. It was released by Sputnet Records and Penthauze Music on March 20, 2014. The album features guest appearances from P-Square, Omawumi, Olamide, Stormrex, Efa, Flavour N'abania, Runtown, Ice Prince, M.I, Mr Raw, Timaya and Illbliss. Phyno enlisted Major Bangz, WizzyPro, Chopstix and JStunt to assist with production. No Guts No Glory was supported by the singles "Ghost Mode", "Man of the Year", "Parcel" and "O Set", and was primarily recorded in Igbo and Nigerian Pidgin. The album received generally positive reviews from music critics, who commended its indigenous sound and lyrical depth.

Faridah Demola Seriki, known professionally as Kah-Lo is a Nigerian singer-songwriter, best known for her song "Fasta" and for her work on "Rinse and Repeat" with British DJ Riton. The track was nominated for Best Dance Recording at the 59th Grammy Awards. Together, she and Riton have released "Betta Riddim", "Money" ft. Mr. Eazi and Davido, and Triple J hits "Fake ID" and "Ginger".

Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, better known by his stage name Mr Eazi, is a Nigerian-Bajan singer, songwriter, and record executive. He is the pioneer of Banku music, a fusion of sound he describes as a mixture of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chord progressions and patterns. Mr Eazi relocated to Kumasi in 2008 and enrolled at KNUST, where he began booking artists to perform at college parties. He showed interest in music after recording a guest verse on "My Life", a song that gained traction and became a popular record at KNUST. Mr Eazi released his debut mixtape About to Blow in 2013. He gained an international audience following the release of the Efya-assisted single "Skin Tight". His second mixtape, titled Life Is Eazi, Vol. 1 – Accra To Lagos, was released in 2017.
Oluwajuwonlo Iledare, professionally known as Jaywon, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, performer, producer and actor. Following his departure from Kennis Music, he founded the Next World Music record label in 2013. In 2009, the Nigerian Music Video Awards presented Jaywon with the Best New Artist award. He made his mainstream debut when he produced DJ Neptune's "Nobody" featuring Mr Eazi and Joeboy in 2020, and popular for producing all 12 track records on Asake Mr. Money with the Vibe album, which album debut at number 66 on Billboard's 200 charts and top albums chart in 31 countries worldwide, making it the biggest debut for an Afrobeats album.
Versus, also known by the longer title Versus: The Battle Line Is Drawn, is the fourth studio album by Nigerian indigenous artist 9ice. It was released on 7 December 2011 by Alapomeji Ancestral Records, alongside Bashorun Gaa. The album features a blend of Afrobeat and hip hop. The album was titled Versus because many artists are featured on the album, in which, 9ice is "versing" them, when, really, he's featuring them on his songs. Notable artists were featured on the album, including 2Baba, Banky W., Duncan Mighty, Seriki, Mode 9, V.I.P, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, Dagrin, M.I, Ajayi Brovas, Kwaw Kese, Timaya, Kwam 1, and Wizboyy. The producers that worked on the album include ID Cabasa, Puffy Tee, Tee-Y Mix, Cheepho, Spellz, Duncan Mighty, E.L, and D'Tunes. The fifth track off the album, Iya Alariya, was supposed to feature veteran musician King Sunny Adé, but the label failed to make time to get Adé and 9ice in the studio.
Life is Eazi, Vol. 2 – Lagos to London, also shortened to Lagos to London, is the third mixtape by Nigerian singer and songwriter Mr Eazi, and the follow-up to his previous mixtape, Life is Eazi, Vol. 1 – Accra to Lagos. It was released on 9 November 2018 by Banku Music and Universal Music Africa, and features artists Burna Boy, Simi, 2Baba, Diplo, Maleek Berry, Giggs, King Promise, Chronixx, Lotto Boyzz, Sneakbo, Mo-T, Lady Donli and actor and comedian Broda Shaggi. Notable producers who Mr Eazi worked with include Sarz, Simba Tagz, Da Beatfreakz, Speroach Beatz, Pheelz, Jae5, E-Kelly, Juls, Jay Weathers, GuiltyBeatz, Soji, KillBeatz, Chopstix, Moelogo, The Cavemen., Fred Again, Alastair O'Donnell, and the Picard Brothers. The mixtape housed the singles "Pour Me Water", "London Town", "Overload", and "Keys to the City (Ogede)".
