Elaine Gabrielle Bradley is an American musician and songwriter, and the drummer for the American rock band Neon Trees. She has also hosted BYUtv's unscripted series Grace Notes since 2020. [1] [2]
Elaine Gabrielle Doty, the youngest of seven children, was born to Robert and Carolyn Doty. [3] Her date of birth is October 19, 1978. [4] She has three sisters and three brothers. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and volunteered full-time as a missionary in Frankfurt, Germany for eighteen months. She later earned a B.S. in Public Health and a minor in German from Brigham Young University at the top of her class. [3] [5]
She began her musical career with the Chicago emo band Nymb which was formed in 1994 [6] . She was one of the founding members and her role was that of vocalist and drummer during the first three years of the band but later, in 1997, she switched to the role of rhythm guitarist after the departure of their original rhythm guitarist [7] . She remained as vocalist and guitarist until the band broke up on August 3rd, 2001 [8] . At the time, before the break up, she began working on a solo project called Big Thick Skin which lasted until 2002 [9] . In 2004, Elaine formed the band Noble Bodies (was Another Statistic) with Bryce Taylor, who she met on her missionary in Germany. They started making music, and stopped around the time Elaine joined Neon Trees. They reunited officially in 2017, and have released two EPs since. [10] Neon Trees formed in 2005 and Elaine Bradley joined in 2007. [11] Neon Trees gained nationwide exposure in 2008 when their premier single "Animal" topped the Billboard Alternative Songs chart and reached #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, later winning a Billboard Music Award for Top Alternative Song (2011). They have since released four albums, earned two RIAA double-platinum singles, and toured extensively with other groups including Thirty Seconds to Mars, [12] Angels & Airwaves, [13] My Chemical Romance, [12] Duran Duran, [14] The Offspring, [15] and Maroon 5. [16] In 2015, she, Bryce Taylor, and Eric Robertson (high school friend of Bryce Taylor) formed a band called [[Kissed Out]]. [17] Kissed Out released their debut EP "Sex Matters" in 2022 which features their most popular song, "Minus Yours" [18] . In 2016, Elaine, Robbie Connolly (Fictionist), Scott Shepard (Book on Tape Worm), and Eric Robertson (New Shack, Kissed Out) got together to create three songs over the course of three days in Provo, Utah and were featured on Provo Music Magazine. Bradley has filled in as a drummer for The 8G Band for two weeks on Late Night with Seth Meyers in 2016 and 2017. [20] [21]
Bradley plays Gretsch USA Custom drums in Neon Trees and Gretsch Renown in Noble Bodies. [22] She uses a Gretsch chrome over brass Brooklyn snare [23] and Zildjian cymbals. [22] Her drum heads are Evans. [22] She uses Vic Firth 5A drumsticks. [22] She plays two floor toms in Neon Trees and one in Noble Bodies. [22]
Elaine married Sebastian Bradley, a dual German/American citizen, in January 2010 in the Draper Utah Temple. [3] They have four children, two of which are adopted. Their children are Bryce (born July 2012), [24] Anna (adopted in 2015), [25] Mae (born August 2015), [26] and Elise (adopted in 2018) [27] [28] She and her family are featured in a video campaign for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. White Zombie was an American heavy metal band that formed in 1985. Based in New York City, they started as a noise rock band, releasing three EPs and one studio album in that style before changing to a heavy metal-oriented sound that broke them into the mainstream. The albums La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Volume One (1992) and Astro-Creep: 2000 (1995) established them as an influential act in groove metal and industrial metal, respectively. Their best-known songs include "Thunder Kiss '65", "Black Sunshine" and "More Human than Human". The group officially disbanded in 1998. In 2000, White Zombie was included on VH1's 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock, ranking at No. 56. As of October 2010, the band has sold six million albums, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Matt Eastin is an American music video, documentary, and commercial director and editor. He is best known for his work with Imagine Dragons, directing and editing the Wrecked, Follow You, Cutthroat, Believer, Whatever it Takes, Roots, On Top of the World and Shots music videos. Eastin also co-created and directed the AUDIO-FILES TV series, which featured documentaries and live performances of indie bands in their home cities, such as The Head & the Heart, Low, Neon Trees, and Mates of State. Matt got his start by doing free music videos for bands in the Utah music scene, which were part of a collective production team called The Occidental Saloon. Matt has also directed and edited a number of commercial campaigns for Lagoon, an amusement park in Utah. In 2017, Matt partnered with Adobe Premiere and Imagine Dragons during the Adobe "Make The Cut" contest, which allowed fans and amateur editors to re-edit the raw footage from the Imagine Dragons "Believer" video for prizes.
