Eldred Henry (born 18 September 1994) is an athlete from the British Virgin Islands competing in the shot put and discus throw. [3] He represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics finishing last in the qualifying round. Earlier, he competed at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and 2015 Pan American Games. He is the current national record holder in several events.

Jackson Gill is a New Zealand track and field athlete who competes in the shot put. Gill throws with his right hand, using the spin technique. In 2010, he won gold in the shot put at the World Junior Championships at the age of 15 years, 213 days, which made him the youngest ever male gold medalist at the World Junior Championships. In 2012, he defended his title at the 2012 World Junior Championships.
William Raymond Tancred is a leading sports administrator, academic and former international athlete. He competed at the 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics in the discus and won a bronze and silver medals in successive Commonwealth Games from 1970 to 1974. He was the British National discus champion on nine occasions [16] and held the British record for 25 years his personal best being 64.94m in 1974. He also competed in the shot put and remains one of the top ten British shot putters. Athleticsweekly.com has ranked Tancred as the greatest British discus thrower of all-time by virtue of his long reign as British record-holder and profusion of AAA titles. Bill Tancred was also the first UK athlete to break the 200 ft./61m. discus barrier in 1972 which was also a UK All-Comers record for the event (61.94m) [4]. Even today he could claim to being the best all round thrower ever in British Athletics.[15].

Aled Siôn Davies is a Welsh Paralympian athlete competing mainly in category F42 throwing events. In 2012 he became the world record holder of the F42 shot put and in the 2012 Summer Paralympics he took the bronze medal in shot put and gold in the discus. In 2013 Davies took the World Championship gold in both the shot put and discus in Lyon. He won double gold in his home country at the 2014 IPC Athletics European Championships in the shot put and discus. Grace Robinson is an Australian track and field athlete competing in the disciplines of discus, javelin throw, and shot put. She represented Australia in women's shot put at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics and 2015 Commonwealth Youth Games, winning gold in the latter.
