Eleutheromenia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, a kind of shell-less, worm-like mollusk. [1]
There are 2 species:
Priapulida, sometimes referred to as penis worms, is a phylum of unsegmented marine worms. The name of the phylum relates to the Greek god of fertility, because their general shape and their extensible spiny introvert (eversible) proboscis may recall the shape of a human penis. They live in the mud and in comparatively shallow waters up to 90 metres (300 ft) deep. Some species show a remarkable tolerance for hydrogen sulfide and anoxia. They can be quite abundant in some areas. In an Alaskan bay as many as 85 adult individuals of Priapulus caudatus per square meter has been recorded, while the density of its larvae can be as high as 58,000 per square meter.
Pseudovermis is genus of minute sea slugs, specifically aolid nudibranchs, marine gastropod mollusks or micromollusks in the family Pseudovermidae.
Notomenia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like, marinemollusks. In this genus the animal bears non-mineralized sclerites. This genus is the sole representative of the family Notomeniidae, and has secondarily reduced its radula, which is vestigial.
Lucernariidae is a family of stalked jellyfish containing two genera.
The Neomeniamorpha are one of the four taxonomic orders of solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like, marine mollusks.
The Pholidoskepia are one of the four orders of solenogaster.
The Sterrofustia are one of the four orders of solenogaster.
The Cavibelonia are one of the four orders of solenogaster, a kind of shell-less, worm-like mollusk.
Macellomenia is a genus of solenogaster, and the only genus in its family.
Drepanomeniidae is a family of solenogaster, comprising the sole genus Drepanomenia.
Imeroherpiidae is a family of solenogaster, comprising the sole genus Imeroherpia.
Wirenia is a genus of pholidoskepian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like, marine mollusks.
Rhopalomenia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like, marine mollusks.
Epiherpia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like mollusks. It contains only one known species, Epiherpia vixinsignis, which was originally classified as a species of Epimenia, with doubt, based on a single immature specimen.
Pruvotinidae is a diverse taxonomic family of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like marine mollusks.
Sialoherpia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like, marine mollusks.
Pruvotina is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like marine mollusks.
Forcepimenia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like marine mollusks. It contains a single species: Forcepimenia protecta Salvini-Plawen, 1969.
Gephyroherpia is a genus of cavibelonian solenogasters, shell-less, worm-like mollusks.
Falcidens is one of three genera within the Falcidentidae; its radula consists of a single row of teeth which are mineralized in crystalline hydroxyapatite, and its teeth are not periodically shed and replaced like in other molluscs. For details of the radula, see Radula#In caudofoveates.
