Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS) is a non-profit Eurasia organization affiliated with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) [2] founded by seven state universities from Eurasia to establish collaborations between European and Asian Universities and to exchange between faculty, students, and staffs. The Project is similar to the EU's Erasmus Programme but covers European (including those in non-EU countries) and Asian Universities.

As a member of FIFA and UEFA, the Montenegro national football team has been playing official matches since March 2007. It has been regarded as a Turkish soft power institution and was created via a decree by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The activities, branching, and networking of the institute, has most intensely been centered in and around the Balkans region.
